Successful Weight Management 20 Life Style Changes Recommended
In our last article, “Herbal Medication For Weight Management”, I introduced the basic information about some herbs that are good for weight control. They were adley or job's tears, cooked rehmannia root, trichosanthes root, Chinese yam and gastrodiae rhizoma.
Today, I am going to introduce 20 ways to maintain a healthy-looking body. These ways not only apply to Oriental medicine but also for western medicine, making sense for both parties.
Eat something for breakfast, even if it's not much
After finishing your meal, immediately leave your table.
If you want to eat sweet biscuits, eat them right after your meal.
Eat your meals three times a day, regularly.
When having your meals, eat vegetables first.
Go to bed early.
Do not watch TV while eating.
Take out snacks from the package and put them on a small dish and then eat them.
Eat your favorite food last in buffets.
Never under-estimate low
calorie food.
Order a small amount of food when eating out.
Eat an amount that serves one person when eating by yourself.
Eat as much as you like on a special day and work out intensively after that.
Do as much outdoor activities as you can.
If you over ate, work out to burn those calories.
Stretch out every day after
dinner.
Look as frequently as you can in a full-length mirror.
Drink lots of water.
Walk rather than drive if the distance is not too far.
Massage your body as frequently as you can.
