The Beauty Of the Beach
When we are on the beach in the early morning just between the night and day, (yin and yang). The break of day is so magical, mystical, and spiritual. On the beach in the early morning, you can see the sun and the moon (Ha-tha), at the same time. Far off you see people walking along the beach, and birds playing in the water.
Walking in the sand has benefits. The sand on our bare feet is like fine sand paper, smoothing out the rough skin on the bottoms of the feet. Walking in the sand is very good for strengthening the legs, ankles, and feet.
Sitting on the beach is very meditative. To sit and watch the waves, is very relaxing. Water is a releasing element. Water helps you release blocks within your energy centers (chakras).
Some people prefer to go to the beach in the early morning, before it gets hot. On the beach, you can get an umbrella to keep the sun off you. There are shops and restaurants along the boardwalk for breakfast or lunch. Ice cream shops have smoothies and other cooling drinks.
Seashells are most unusual. To think that sea creatures once lived in them. The beach, in spite of the oil spill disaster, is still a beautiful, healing, happy, relaxing, and spiritual place to visit.
Early morning is the best time to go to the beach, because it is not hot or crowded. Early morning is when you get to see the breaking of a new day; you get to start new, fresh, a new beginning. New beginnings are always with the start of a new day.
Go to the beach and see daybreak.
