Countdown To Having a Summer Body: Ways To Get In Shape By June

Will you be in the best shape ever this Summer?

When feeling the need to shed pounds or tone up, it is disheartening to go shopping for new summer clothing or swim suits. It doesn’t have to be. You have three months left to look fabulous. Here are some hints to get you there.

  1. Try CoolSculpting and CoolTone

No matter what you do, there are some areas that are harder to touch such as under the chin, upper-arm batwings, around your midsection, and on hips or thighs.

CoolSculpting is the coolest, most innovative, non-surgical way to lose annoying bumps and bulges of stubborn fat. It targets and cools unwanted fat cells to induce a noticeable, natural-looking reduction in fat bulges.

CoolTone is the newest body sculpting option. It can help build new muscle without trips to the gym, sweat or downtime. You can achieve a more toned appearance in the abdomen, buttocks and thighs.

  1. Switch Up Your Diet

Everywhere you look, there’s a “new” way to eat. Everyone has a theory but everyone is different.

If you’re on a certain diet but aren’t experiencing results, it might be time to switch it up. Just because it’s a trend doesn’t mean it’s right for your body. Give yourself 3–5 weeks on anything new to see results. If it’s not, reevaluate. But don’t forget to eat. If the diet requires you to starve, you should probably choose something different.

  1. Move More

Weight loss occurs when we eat fewer calories and burn off more of what we take in. Once you find an effective diet, increase your movement and start the shedding process. If you wear a step tracker, aim for 10,000 steps a day. You can achieve that with some simple activities:

  • Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
  • Park farther from buildings and walk in.
  • Walk the dog/kid/spouse around the neighborhood.
  • Clean the house.
  1. Buddy Up

Having a workout buddy can keep you motivated and help push you even farther than going solo. They can be on the whole journey with you, including working out more and staying on your diet. The can also be there for accountability. Someone who has had success already know the hurdles you’ll likely face and can help overcome them.

  1. Join a Club

If you’re not already a member of a gym, that monthly bill is a good reminder that you are paying for the privilege to exercise regularly. It stinks when money is coming out of your checking account every month while you’re sitting around getting out of shape. But, even if a health club isn’t the thing for you, you can still join a different type of club such as a tennis, hiking, or golf club.

Summer is just around the corner, so the time to get started is now.
