For more than three decades, Dr. Sivakumar Sreenivasan (“Dr. Sreeni”) has been dedicated to restoring smiles, relieving pain, and changing lives through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Originally trained as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in India, Dr. Sreeni came to the United States in 1990 with a commitment to further his education and provide the highest level of surgical care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where he received advanced training in complex oral, facial, and implant surgery.

Today, Dr. Sreeni treats a wide range of conditions involving the mouth, teeth, jaws, and facial structures. While he provides comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical care, his greatest passion is dental implant surgery. He is recognized for his expertise in immediate implant placement following tooth extraction, allowing many patients to begin restoring their smiles the very same day. Whether replacing a single missing tooth or providing full-arch implant rehabilitation (“Smile in a Day”), his goal is to deliver predictable, natural-looking results while preserving comfort and function.

Patient safety and comfort are at the heart of every procedure. Dr. Sreeni completed a Residency in Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York in 1994 and later served as an attending anesthesiologist, providing anesthesia services for both pediatric and adult patients in the ambulatory outpatient setting.

His extensive anesthesia training allows patients to receive IV sedation and general anesthesia in a modern office environment equipped with advanced monitoring technology. Dr. Sreeni is also an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor with the Adventist HealthCare system and is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Together with his highly trained surgical team, he is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
