Take a Break, Relax, and Meditate With An Inexpensive Acupuncture Treatment
Have you ever thought about getting acupuncture? Maybe you know someone who has received acupuncture for pain, headaches, or some other physical ailment, but never considered it for yourself because you didn't think you needed it.
Actually, everyone can benefit from acupuncture. While it is successfully used to treat a wide range of specific conditions, the main goal of acupuncture is to bring a person into physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Who couldn't use that?
A certified Auricular (Acupuncture) Detoxification Specialist (ADS) is trained to administer a specific five-point ear acupuncture treatment (commonly called “acudetox”) that is widely used to relieve addictive cravings and withdrawal symptoms. I became an ADS because I specialize in treating issues related to addictions and alcoholism. I have found, though, that this treatment can benefit anyone. The treatment generally lasts between 2050 minutes and has a calming effect, helping recipients to relax and meditate.
Many people notice results after only one treatment, most often a feeling of deep relaxation and well-being. Clients who receive one or two acudetox treatments a week report that it helps to relieve depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, pain, fatigue, restlessness, tension, and more.
Sounds good, right?
I'm guessing that you still have some questions about acudetox, though. Here are a few questions that I am frequently asked
Will it hurt?
Acupuncture needles are much thinner than hypodermic needles. They are so thin that they bend easily. So, while you will generally feel an acupuncture needle when it is inserted, it should not be extremely painful, and once it is in place, you will most likely not feel it at all.
Will I have to take my clothes off?
Because the acudetox points are all in the ear, recipients of the treatment remain seated and fully clothed. It is not even necessary to remove earrings for this treatment.
Is it expensive?
Because this treatment consists of the same five points each time, it can be administered quickly and in a group setting. Therefore, practitioners may charge as little as $20 per person per treatment, which is much less than the cost of a full-body acupuncture treatment.
So, give it a try find out what acudetox can do for you!
