Become a Person of High Integrity
Integrity is defined as a firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values, it is synonymous with honesty. Integrity is something that a lot of people seem to be lacking these days. Where is the honesty in our behavior, our words and our actions? Why are we so quick to gossip, lie, steal and cheat? Is it really that hard to tell the truth? Can people really handle the truth? The answer is yes. Lies become entangled and a lot of hurt can be the result of lies.
It is important to have integrity and to be a truthful person. It is important to be a person that can be trusted not to say harmful things behind a persons back, one that can be trusted around a persons husband, wife, children and friends.
There are so many people in this world that have little or no integrity. Integrity is a learned behavior and
it can be self taught. To be a person of integrity you must mean what you say and say what you mean. A person of integrity does not have a hidden agenda.
To be a person of high integrity you must have truth to your words and actions. You don’t try to get over on people, especially those who are not as smart or as savvy as you are. Guiding adolescents to develop integrity often requires addressing emotional and social challenges, which can be supported through resources like teen online therapy, offering them tools to navigate complex situations with honesty and self-awareness. To be a person of integrity in business, a person needs to respect the business of another person and try not to persuade other people away from their business.
Can you be trusted, even when no one else is looking, or if you think you will not be caught? Are you a person of integrity? Its something to think about.
