As a U.S. Air Force veteran and military spouse, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by service members, veterans, and their families. You’ll find a space where your experiences are met with care and understanding.

I’m also passionate about supporting individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I use the Health at Every Size (HAES) model to create a nonjudgmental and empowering environment where we focus on building a positive relationship with food and your body.
