Abeer Zletni, DDS

Dr. Abeer Zletni is a board-certified pediatric dentist who is passionate about helping children build positive dental experiences. She earned her bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from the University of Benghazi (formerly Garyounis University) and began her career as a general dentist, where she discovered her true calling in pediatric care.

Driven by this passion, Dr. Zletni pursued advanced training at Tufts University, earning a Master of Science in Pediatric Dentistry. She then completed a Doctorate of Science and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Pediatric Dentistry at Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Her residency provided extensive experience in treating children with special needs, trauma management, and using oral conscious sedation and general anesthesia.

Dr. Zletni is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Virginia Dental Association. She is known for her gentle approach and dedication to making each visit enjoyable and stress-free.

“I truly enjoy being a part of creating positive dental experiences for children and those with special needs,” she says. “Hearing a parent say their child loves going to the dentist is the best reward.”
