New Body Sculpting Technology

We live in an age in which it is easier to push a button and eat fast foods than to eat healthy portions and exercise. As a result, over 60 percent of Americans are overweight. Unfortunately, most of that excess weight tends to be in the wrong places, adversely affecting our health and appearance.

A new product by Meridian Medical called Lapex2000 BCS LipoLaser body contouring system is a spot fat reduction system that works by placing a small paddle against an area that you want to reduce.

How LipoLaser Works

The paddle shines a cold red laser into your fat cells enabling the liquefaction and release of the fat through the fat cell wall. The liquefied fat is then drained into the blood stream through your natural lymph drainage process. Once the fat is in your blood stream, it can be burned for energy. LipoLaser body sculpting is totally pain free and requires no injections or surgery.

Why consider LipoLaser Body-Sculpting?

Typically LipoLaser is used to reduce excess fat and cellulite. The food we eat is supposed to serve a purpose whether it provides protein that regenerates lean tissue, carbohydrates that give energy or fat that is stored around the heart, liver and other organs to protect them. However, leftover or excess food the body does not use gets turned into body fat that is stored as adipose or fat tissue.

The body begins to place this extra fat in places like liver cells, muscle cells and heart cells, potentially causing health problems and often resulting in cellulite. The accumulation of environmental toxins in your body can accelerate aging and may limits your ability to discharge waste products through lymph drainage and capillary circulation.

What is Cellulite?

The resulting accumulation of waste products causes alterations in connective tissue and fat cells held in a framework of collagen. The result is that fat cells enlarge, impacting blood vessels and causing edema or swelling. The resulting swelling displaces fat cells upwards into the lower dermis (skin) causing the fibrous bands that normally maintain skin tension to become less elastic and trapping the displaced cells. The result is cellulite or the cottage cheese appearance caused by the restriction of fibrous strands as they pull down the skin at their attachment points. LipoLaser body sculpting can help to reduce this cellulite by reducing the size of fat cells in cellulite areas.

How can you get the most out of a LipoLaser Body-Sculpting Session?

Once the laser has enabled the liquefaction and release of the fat through the fat cell wall, the natural lymph drainage process takes over to drain the released fat into the blood stream. You can assist this process by getting a lymph treatment or an infrared sauna before your LipoLaser session. The infrared sauna stimulates the lymph drainage through the application of deep-penetrating infrared waves. On the other hand, the lymph treatment stimulates lymph drainage through cold laser wavelengths specifically tuned to promote lymph stimulation.

Though individual results cannot be guaranteed, if your lymph system is sluggish, getting a lymph treatment or an infrared sauna before your LipoLaser session could mean a significant difference in the amount of waistline lost. Patients have reported a cumulative 1-4 inches of waistline lost from a single treatment.
