Happy 2021 To the Universe
Welcome 2021. We were waiting for you. We are so happy to see, hear, and feel you. This New Year is so promising. We all can create the life we desire. We have been through so much. There was a lot of anxiety, fear, stress and apprehension last year. Our lives changed drastically.
Last year bought with it a drastic transformation. We were forced out of our comfort zone into what is now being called the new norm.
The new norm has caused a major shift in our consciousness. This new norm is beyond our usual way of thinking, and processing. The new normal as it is called has caused us to shift our thinking, and our awareness. What used to be is no longer; it has become obsolete (meaning no more). A new way has been forced upon us.
COVID-19 is the major culprit for the drastic conscious shift in 2020. It has caused us to re-evaluate our every action.
We have new rules to live by. We are not going to talk about what we can’t do; however, we are going to talk about what we will do.
New rules to live by in 2021 and beyond:
Happy
- H-Happiness – a state of being based on thoughts and breathing patterns
- A-Awareness of thoughts and after thoughts
- P-Positivity, in language and thoughts. Eradicate negative words in speech and conversions.
- P-Peace that comes from thoughts, actions and meditation
- Y-Yoga is one of the ways that is recommended to help control thoughts and breathing patterns
New
- N-Nourish the minds with positive reading, television shows, workshops, webinars and virtual learning of any kind
- E-Enthusiasm about the possibilities of a better quality, healthy, conscious life
- W-Wisdom to know what is best for you and your family
Year
- Y-Yesteryear is gone, along with the hardships and deaths from COVID-19
- E-Exercise the mind and body with physical movement and right diet
- A-Appreciation for your health, wealth, happiness, sadness and or depression, and the ability to change it all with the help of meditation, yoga, massages, writing and simply talking to someone
- R-Resilience and rest is highly required and recommended for your mental, physical, and emotional health.
Look to the New Year with hope, appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness. Look to the New Year with excitement and enthusiasm. Know that whatever this new norm brings with it, know that you have the capability of living with it.
