James A. Cleaver, Esq.

James “Jim” Cleaver is President of Alexander & Cleaver, P.A. Jim co-founded the firm in 1984 with Gary R. Alexander. He works primarily in the field of personal injury. In this role, Jim is the firm’s primary litigator and negotiator in personal injury cases, using his vast experience and knowledge acquired over parts of the past four decades to achieve results for clients. It is no surprise to colleagues and clients that Jim has been designated a Super Lawyer in personal injury cases, was named one of Maryland’s top trial lawyers, and was selected by the prestigious Million Dollar Advocacy Forum.

Jim has also spoken to various group including Continuing Education for Paralegals and Members of the Metropolitan Washington Auto Body Association.
