Virginia Kywe, RDH

Virginia has been with Fairlington Dental for over 27 years, starting as a hygienist after 18 years as an assistant. She values the autonomy to treat patients properly, as supported by Dr. Rogers, rather than being dictated by insurance. Virginia considers her colleagues like family and enjoys the team spirit at the practice.

She finds meeting different types of patients the most interesting part of her job, often forming friendships beyond professional boundaries.

Virginia is also a fan of Korean dramas, enjoys flower gardening, long walks with her dog, listening to dental hygiene podcasts, and cooking new recipes that are AIP compliant.
