Quansheng Lu, CMD, PhD, LAc

Quansheng Lu is a licensed acupuncturist in Maryland. He received his medical degree from Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China, and subsequently worked as a resident and attending physician of TCM at a general hospital in China for 8 years. During this period, thousands and thousands patients were recovered under his miraculous treatment with TCM. Given his outstanding contribution in TCM, Quansheng Lu was awarded the outstanding doctor from local public health department. In order to further explore the magical Chinese medicine, Quansheng Lu pursued his master degree in TCM at Beijing University of TCM.

Quansheng Lu continued to pursue his PhD in cardiology in Chinese and western integrated medicine at China academy of Chinese medical science and focused on exploring hypertension molecular mechanisms and looking for new anti-hypertensive natural herbs. His supervisor is professor Keji Chen, the president of Chinese association of integrated medicine, and academician of the Chinese academy of sciences. Acknowledging his excellent achievement in the field, Quansheng Lu was invited as a postdoctoral fellow in Georgetown University Medical Center and Children’s National Medical Center.

Quansheng Lu is a holder of 3 patents of China, and has published 5 professional books on TCM. He also published about 30 peer-reviewed papers in the top journals in the field, and presented his scientific findings in the national and international meetings more than 30 times. His astounding findings have been reported and cited by important world media many times over. Due to his outstanding achievement in the field, Quansheng Lu was invited as a guest professor at a famous university of TCM in China and continues to teach and inspire today. Having over 20 years of extensive academic, educational, and practical experience in TCM, Quansheng Lu is performing the professional, effective, and safe treatment with TCM.
