Prashant Verma, DDS, MS, FAGD

Dr. Prashant Verma is a board-certified endodontist with over a decade of private practice experience. He specializes in diagnosing and treating infections of the dental pulp and periapical tissues, including tooth pain. Known for his commitment to high-quality & innovative care, Dr. Verma uses surgical microscopes and high-resolution CBCT imaging. He has been consistently voted a Top Endodontist by peers in Washingtonian, Northern Virginia, and Virginia Living magazines. He sees patients at Centreville Endodontics in Fairfax County and Capitol Endodontics in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Verma earned his dental degree from Maulana Azad Institute in New Delhi and a DDS from Loma Linda University. He later completed his Endodontics residency and a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Maryland, where he received multiple awards for research. His work has been published in top journals and presented at major dental conferences.

He teaches part-time at the University of Maryland and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association. Dr. Verma collaborates with Dr. Ali Nosrat on research and publication. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, cricket, soccer, and traveling with his family.
