I am a naturopathic physician and energy healer with over 20 years of experience in craniosacral therapy. My journey into naturopathic medicine started with a disillusionment with allopathic medicine and a desire for a more personal approach.
As a practitioner, I believe in our body’s innate healing wisdom and enjoy helping my clients access their inner power. After my own health struggles with fibromyalgia pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, adrenal exhaustion, and intestinal malabsorption issues, I found that energy healing played a significant role in restoring my health. This inspired me to pursue training in shamanic healing, meditation, and family constellation facilitation.
Today, I weave together various modalities from my eclectic medicine bag to support my clients in all aspects of their healing journey. I believe that physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects are all interconnected and that the creative expression and connecting with nature are essential for holistic health.
