LaVonn Hardy, RDH

LaVonn joined the Fairlington Dental team in October 1998. Originally from Danville, VA, she began her dental career with a 900-hour vocational training in dental assisting during high school. LaVonn graduated magna cum laude with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Virginia Community College.

With over 33 years of experience in various dentistry aspects, LaVonn previously served as Dr. Rogers’ treatment coordinator for six years. She appreciates Dr. Rogers’ support in attending continuing education courses to enhance patient care.

Outside of work, LaVonn enjoys traveling, exploring plant-based restaurants, biking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
