Dr. Flanagan is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles that can truly make a difference in their lives. Through his work as a pastor and involvement with local nonprofit organizations, he received numerous community referrals during dental school, giving him the opportunity to perform a broader range of procedures than many of his classmates. He was also selected for the prestigious Oral Surgery Clerkship, where he gained advanced surgical training and hands-on experience. While completing the Prep program at UCLA under the guidance of Dr. Linda Baum, he received extensive training in pediatric dentistry as well. Recognized as one of the top students in his class, Dr. Flanagan earned a reputation for his compassion, clinical excellence, and dedication to patient care. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry with multiple honors and awards recognizing his outstanding commitment to the profession.
