Eugenia Caternor, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-C

Dr. Eugenia Caternor is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in health and wellness. In addition to her nurse practitioner credentials, she holds certifications in psychiatric/mental health care, advanced grief counseling, and weight management. Her extensive research has focused on the relationship between mental health and obesity, as well as the integration of psychotherapy into comprehensive treatment plans for both conditions. She has experience caring for patients of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults.

Dr. Eugenia believes in treating the whole person and works closely with patients to address their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. Through education, advocacy, mentorship, and evidence-based medical care, she empowers patients to achieve optimal health and a higher quality of life.

In addition to leading Transformations Center for Weight Loss, which is franchised to expand access to affordable weight management services, Dr. Eugenia is also the owner of Kairos Embrace Behavioral Health, a mental health practice, and Harmony Health Services, a primary care practice. Her unique combination of expertise and life experience allows her to develop holistic, personalized treatment plans that help patients overcome challenges, reach their health goals, and live life to the fullest.
