Dr. Vivian Tantoh-Mondo is an accomplished Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, healthcare entrepreneur, author, educator, and visionary leader with a passion for transforming lives through integrated, holistic, and compassionate care. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arise & Shine Health Center, she leads a growing multidisciplinary organization dedicated to providing exceptional mental health, wellness, and community-based healthcare services.
With extensive experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, and healthcare leadership, Dr. Tantoh-Mondo has devoted her career to empowering individuals, families, and underserved communities to achieve optimal mental, emotional, and overall well-being. Her clinical expertise spans the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, and complex mental health conditions across diverse populations.
She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is also an author, speaker, mentor, and advocate for mental health awareness, women’s empowerment, and family wellness. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in excellence, innovation, faith, compassion, and a commitment to whole-person care.
As part of her dedication to advancing patient outcomes and preventive healthcare, Dr. Mondo is currently completing advanced training in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School, further strengthening her ability to integrate evidence-based lifestyle medicine, behavioral health, and wellness strategies into clinical practice. Upon completion, she will earn a professional certificate in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching.
Under her leadership, Arise & Shine Health Center continues to expand its impact through telepsychiatry, integrated behavioral healthcare, psychiatric rehabilitation services, wellness initiatives, and innovative programs designed to help individuals not only manage illness but thrive in every aspect of life.
