Renuvion, also known as J-Plasma, is an innovative device that helps to tighten skin. Hellium gas is converted to plasma that then is delivered with a probe to the tissues beneath the skin The heated plasma tightens the fibrous connections that exist between the subcutaneous tissues and the overlying dermis which results in tightening the skin. The result is an immediate 30% shrinkage of skin followed by subsequent shrinkage for the next 6 months.
