Bonnie has been in the healing arts from a very young age, starting with her family as a caregiver and coach. She mentored her family and friends before she ever knew what energy work was, she was providing natural healing at a very young age for her pets and family members. Through hard times and emotional times Bonnie has served as a vessel to all who needed her loving healing energy.

At a young age Bonnie’s love of dance, music, cooking and all the healing arts sparked her curiosity to learn all she could in this area. This curiosity opened many doors for her as her journey introduced her to Reiki, various meditation techniques including Tai Chi, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Sound Bath Vibration, meditation, and various different types of Yoga including Korean, Kundalini, Yen, Hatha, and Restorative.​.

Through the art of healing herself and others Bonnie has developed her own technique called YORIQI. This is a combination of specific yoga poses combined with reiki healing energy to balance your Qi energy. This technique is proprietary to Beyond Bonnie’s Hands.

Bonnie holds many certifications in various yoga and healing modalities with over a 1000 hours in training and workshops since 1981.
