Ameera  Khalefa, DDS

Dr. Khalefa was raised in Northern Virginia, where her passion for science and healthcare first began. She pursued her academic journey at Virginia Commonwealth University, earning both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees. Following dental school, she completed an intensive General Practice Residency at Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia, where she gained advanced training in comprehensive dental care, emergency treatment, and working with medically complex patients. Dr. Khalefa is deeply committed to her patients’ oral health and overall well-being, striving to create a comfortable and compassionate environment for everyone she treats. She believes in patient-centered care and takes the time to build strong relationships with those she serves. Outside the dental office, Dr. Khalefa enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, hiking scenic trails, and cherishing quality time with her close-knit family.
