We have many different signals from the musculoskeletal system and other systems that are conveying messages about how we need to treat ourselves physically.
Many different types of messenger feelings you many experience are pain, aches, tightness, looseness, instability, burning and numbness.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, consider sitting still and noticing these feelings. Really get to know the sensations that are speaking to you and then speak to a physician or your physical therapist about these sensations.
With this approach, you will have a team to devise an active action plan that you can repeat at home and manipulate as needed. After beginning a supervised exercise routine you have already begun the repetitive process that you can continue with another exercise professional or on your own.
Don't be surprised by the good vibes and feelings that arise from a supervised exercise program. Tending to the sensations in your body that are speaking to you bring new beginnings.
