Live Positively Well Keep Moving
This month's issue of Your Health Magazine is encouraging us to keep moving. When acting on these suggestions, remember to satisfy one of the most important pleasures in life participate in activities that make you happy. Enjoying your physical activity has the abilityto transcend mental, physical and emotional health.
Consider outdoor activities. Our immediate geographical location is filled with gorgeous fall foliage that brings beautiful colors provided by Mother Nature to paint a canvas so perfect for viewing during outdoor activity. As summer transitions into autumn, the temperature and air quality will become more conducive to outdoor activities. With the change in season, one can focus on feeling well and not worry about getting overheated.
Our tri-county area shares some of the most breathtaking views of surrounding Chesapeake Bay watershed. These bodies of moving water have more negative ions for us to take long deep cleansing breaths in and out as we allow our body to mentally, physically and emotionally shift into a reduction of stress and depression.
If, for any reason, your body and/or mind is unable to endure the outer elements, there are indoor alternatives like plants, ion producing electronics, showers, and garden waterfalls.
You can also research more ideas online to find an activity that works for your lifestyle.
