What does your birthday mean to you? Birthdays are our solar return around the sun.

Our body Is our vehicle that takes us from one year to the next, for however old or young you are. Our bodies, our vehicle is considered a complicated machine. Our bodies consist of flesh, bones, g lands, organs and many systems within the system of the body to include blood circulation, breathing apparatus, and a brain. Our body has a complex nervous system. All of these systems are woven together to create our physical body. The body processes, receives ongoing tasks to keep the body functions functioning. Our body needs tuning by way of exercise and proper diet regularly to keep the systems function in high capacity and potential to maintain homeostasis for living and endurance for longevity.

Our vehicle, our bodies consist of all of the necessary requirements to live a healthy, happy and well balanced. Life.

To keep our bodies functioning, as they should, it needs regular maintenance, such as exercise and nutrition that is required to keep the physical body well and balanced. An unhappy body is a body that has been misused and not considered for longevity.

With proper care our systems will provide us with a healthy body and mind. Nutritious foods, vitamins, minerals, Right foods, and exercise help to maintain the balance of the physical body.

Our bodies, which are our vehicles, need to be consciously attuned so that we can have long Longevity. Proper nutrients, a proper diet helps the body get the nutrients that are needed..

Whether you are a Vegetarian, pescatarian, fruitarian or a meat eater the importance is balance. To maintain your health. Being a vegetarian or any special diet The most important is to know what is best for your body. Maintenance, moderation, and consciousness are the keys to longevity. So whether you eat meat or not, cheese or not, eggs or not what matters is balance.

The body needs a certain amount of nutrients from our foods and thoughts. Nutrients of the mind. To maintain to mind. That in turn will help you maintain ,and have a well body.

Your birthday is your solar return whether you celebrate it or not. And how well you have taken care of your body determines how long you live and the quality of your living. The choices you have made in caring for your machinery (your body) are a result of what we are consciously eating or doing.
