Hypnosis For 2016

Welcome to 2016. You have decided to change some things this year; you are not going to carry over the same stuff from 2015. However, in order to make a change in your life you have to change the way you have been doing things.

To change the way you do things, you have to change your thought process. We are what we think about. Be the change you want to be.

We are unaware of the constant programming in our brains from the media, churches, song lyrics, television, books, jobs, and the like. We are also unaware of the suggestions given to us in a relaxed state of mind (hypnosis).

In 2016 we have resolved to be more aware of ourselves, to change our behavior to become even better than we were. We have resolved to eat healthier, exercise, meditate, rest more, vacation, save more money and be consistent in what we are doing.

All of this sounds good. But is it just talking? How do you propose to change? How can you change when you are stuck on you, the media and the other influences? Changing means to change from one state to another, to change from spending frivolously, and to change excessive out of control behavior, in eating, sleeping, drinking, smoking and the like.

Hypnosis can help you lose weight, stop smoking, and break unwanted habits, such as fear, and anxiety. Pain can also sometimes be removed through hypnosis.

Hypnosis can make you better in your profession or your desired profession. Hypnosis can give you the confidence needed to excel in whatever you desire. Hypnosis removes blocks and stagnation; it is a natural way of healing. Hypnosis helps everyday people with everyday concerns. No pills, no side effects, or the wrong doses, it is all natural.

Hypnosis is a means, to change from one state to another. Hypnosis enables you to consciously change as a result of the suggestions given to the subconscious mind. In hypnosis the hypnotist makes suggestion to the subconscious so that the suggestion becomes your conscious thoughts and action, such as mindful spending, resting, eating or whatever.

Television hypnosis through ads for example plays on the subconscious mind. The ads show you all of the reasons why you should eat at certain places, take a particular drug, vacation at a certain resort, or whatever is being suggested to you. Hypnosis suggests to the subconscious mind the right way of being in control of your mind, breath, actions, thoughts, and behavior, so that you can and will change from one state to another. Hypnosis will help you to be aware consciously, and unconsciously.

Hypnosis does not control your mind; hypnosis makes you aware of your controlled mind.

Remember, seek out a hypnotist you feel comfortable with.
