Alternative Doctors
Doctors and healers do some of the same things, and that is they initiate the healing process. Healing comes in many forms or techniques. Alternative doctors are people who are in the healing field. Alternative doctors are people who know other healing modalities to help you to heal and maintain a healthy and well lifestyle.
Reiki practitioners are people who have been initiated in the healings of reiki. Reiki is hands on or off healing, where by the touch or hovering over the person's body that is lying there with their clothes on receiving the healing energy from the universe. (Christ used a form of reiki in his healings).
Acupressure is a form of healing where by the practitioner uses the pads of their fingers that is applied to pressure points throughout the body initiating the energy flow that cause the body to release blocks and there by heal.
Acupuncture is when needles are applied to the pressure points throughout the body to release blocks or stagnate energy thereby enabling the energy flow through the meridians (channels) so that the body can heal.
Reflexology is a natural healing modality that is applied to the hands and feet. Reflexology is manipulation through the hands and feet in the form of massaging that stimulates the organs, thus releasing blocks and stagnate energy in the organs.
Massages are a form of natural healing that enables the muscles, tissues, joints, arteries and capillaries to be manipulated in the body enabling the flow of energy through the system of the body.
Shirodhara is when warm oils are poured in a slow stream through a copper pot onto the forehead to help release the tension, worries, fear, stress, and insomnia that causes an imbalance in the breathing whereby causing an imbalance in the systems that results in disease and then illness.
Abyanga is a warm oil massage based on your skin type and body type. The massage is used to reduce the excess ?ow of air in the body that causes an imbalance in the system that causes fear, and anxiety.
Talking therapy is when you sit and talk to someone who is willing to listen and not judge. Someone you can trust, someone to open up to. It could be a friend, a family member or even a stranger. It is important to get it out.
Health professionals come in many forms.
