Joanna Kempler, DDS, MS

Dr. Kempler is a highly trained, Board Certified Prosthodontist. She earned her dental degree from the University of Maryland in 2008, graduating Summa Cum Laude and was the valedictorian of her class. She completed her three-year specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Maryland in 2011. During her training she received multiple awards and lectured about dental implants and cosmetic dentistry at numerous national meetings. Dr. Kempler conducted her research project for her master’s degree on the accuracy of implant impressions. She was a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland from 2011-2015 helping mentor many residents. She has been selected by her peers to be a Washingtonian Top Dentist from 2021 to 2025.

In her private practice, Dr. Kempler offers a range of services, including cosmetic procedures, veneers, dental implants, dentures, teeth in a day and general dentistry. Her office is equipped with the latest digital technology, including an in-office CT scan, an intra-oral digital scanner, implant planning software to provide top-quality dental care.

In her free time, Dr. Kempler enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with her family.
