It all happened because a close friend asked me this question,”What kind of work would fulfill your soul if money wasn’t an issue.” and without a thought and with a beaming smile, I said, “I would teach Yoga.”  Thus began my yoga and meditation practices, and through them I launched onto a path that evolved into a deeply felt intention; to gain the knowledge and experience necessary for creating a wellness center.

Along the way coincidence and synchronicity guided me to Southern New Jersey, and while there, after training as a hypnotherapist, I decided to continue and get my doctorate on Clinical Hypnotherapy.
