Rohit Seem, MD

Dr. Rohit Seem is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP). With more than 20 years of clinical experience, he is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, relationship-centered care that puts patients first.

Through his concierge (membership-based) practice, Dr. Seem limits the number of patients he sees so he can provide what so many are missing in traditional healthcare: extended visits, same- or next-day appointments, direct access to him by phone or text, and truly personalized wellness and prevention plans. His patients aren’t rushed through in their visits, and they’re partners in their own health.

Dr. Seem completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Iowa’s Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa, graduating in 2002. He began his career with Iowa Health Physicians in Ottumwa, IA, before moving to Nashville, TN, where he served as a staff physician with TriStar Medical Group and Southern Hills Medical Center (HCA). After relocating to Maryland, he practiced with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and Patient First Urgent Care before launching his own practice in 2014 and now transitioning to concierge practice.
