Rachelle is a compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in patient-centered care. Originally from Haiti, she moved to the U.S. at 15 and began her nursing journey at Medgar Evers College, earning her Associate Degree in 2014 and BSN in 2018. She gained experience in long-term care and later at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center, where she spent six years in acute and hospital-based care. Rachelle earned her MSN from Walden University and is Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner. Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, she is passionate about preventive medicine, patient education, family, and travel.
