I’m a Massage Therapist graduated from Columbia College, and licensed by the state of Virginia. After two years working as a Massage Therapist, I became interested in the body contouring area. Thus, I took a Body Contouring course with Brazilian Techniques, and after a few months of working and researching the best techniques that would provide better results for body contouring, I learned about Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which is the most effective technique in terms of contouring and detoxification of the body.

I decided then to incorporate it into my protocols, so I took the Lymphatic Drainage course and the MLD management of Post Plastic Surgery, both at the Academy of the Lymphatics Studies. Therefore, I am trained and qualified to work with health clients, post operation patients and those whose lymphatic system needs some aid.

I’m simply passionate about the benefits of the lymphatic drainage, and I’m always amazed when I hear clients’s reports after the sessions, how well and light they feel, about themselves or any condition they happen to be experiencing. That is the rewarding part of my job, providing wellness and health for those who know and trust the power of a good-functioning lymphatic system, and know how important it is to keep its maintenance up to date. A well-cared lymphatic system can lead to a life free of inflammation and consequently, healthier and lighter.

Lymphatic drainage can also result in a snatched shape due to body fluid regulation, and that is the reason why MLD is a great body contouring technique as well.
