Jennifer Jones, LMT

Jen is a graduate of Baltimore School of Massage, licensed to practice massage therapy in Maryland, and is an insured member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Jen has been practicing in the field since 2012, specializing in therapeutic body work with modalities ranging from Swedish to trigger point and deep tissue massage and more.  After being diagnosed with type one diabetes at a young age, and experiencing her fair share of injuries through sports, Jen developed a passion for helping other people. Her goal, as a massage therapist, is to facilitate the body’s natural healing mechanisms to help relieve the pain of injuries, stress, and body discomfort, as well as maintain good bodily and mental health. She is passionate about helping people find rejuvenation and renewal amidst the stresses of life. At the end of the day she find’s fulfillment knowing she has made a difference in helping her clients feel better. While Jen is not massaging she enjoys spending her free time with friends and family doing anything outdoors. Jen also has a passion for art and painting in her spare time.
