Dr. Holly Moriarty, a Newport, Rhode Island native, graduated with honors in Physics from the University of Rhode Island in 1994. After five years in the technology industry, she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport, graduating cum laude.
Dr. Moriarty is among an elite group of Diplomates in Sports Medicine (DACBSP) and holds certifications in Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping, Graston Technique, and ART (Active Release Techniques). ART is a cutting-edge technique used to treat conditions like back pain, sciatica, and tennis elbow, and is trusted by top athletes nationwide.
Dr. Moriarty’s passion for sports medicine has led her to successfully treat professional athletes. And can use the latest techniques to heal family members of all ages.
She has served as a volunteer at the U.S. Olympic Training Facility and was named a Top Chiropractor by Washingtonian Magazine and Northern Virginia Magazine.
Dr. Moriarty lectures on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and nutrition. She is also an adjunct professor/preceptor for a variety of universities, including George Mason University. She owns both Haymarket Chiropractic & Rehab in Gainesville, VA and Virginia Sports Chiropractic in Warrenton, VA.
