Dr. Emily O’Meara, originally from southern Maine and now proud to call Annapolis home, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Richmond in 2004 and her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2008.
At Annapolis Opticians, she personally performs every comprehensive eye exam, ensuring patients receive attentive, individualized care.
