But the truth is, they work just like normal food. This means supplements provide you additional support for your progress and require patience to see the results. For example, creatine takes a few weeks in the loading phase to show some changes in strength and endurance.

At the end of the day, it’s important to be well-educated about supplements and not just depend on them. Whole foods are always better when it comes to meeting nutritional requirements.
