Seated massage is a quick and effective way of doing massage that has a surprising array of benefits. A 10-minute massage may not be the best choice for serious rehabilitation, but for everyday stress and tension, this simple time out may be the ticket to better health. Consider the research

Many may associate massage with a sleepy after effect. The opposite is actually telling. A weekly ten minute massage yields better productivity in the workplace. Managers take note!

Weekly 10-minute massages have been proven to reduce common occupational injuries and nagging complaints that can lead to more serious, long term problems such as low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, and tension headaches.

Workers who receive weekly massages report an improvement in mood, and are more apt to respond positively to their jobs than those that do not receive massage.

Seated massage is not a technique just for the corporate world and airline travelers. It is simply a quick and effective way of doing massage.
