Interested In Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness through the process of deep relaxation. In this state a specific goal is addressed.
In a hypnosis session the hypnotist establishes a rapport with the perspective client. The hypnotist listens to the client's presenting concern. Some people may want to lose weight or stop smoking; others may be looking for memory enhancement, stress reduction, mental healing, or an end to alcoholism or drug addiction.
During this period the feeling of empathy and acceptance is built through listening to the client, answering questions and clearing up of any misconceptions the client may have.
In the hypnotic state (trance) you are conscious of your state of mind and your actions. In the hypnotic state you are not asleep, on the contrary you are in a heightened state of awareness.
In hypnosis, your conscious mind becomes subdued, and your subconscious mind comes to the forefront. In this state of awareness you are given helpful and beneficial suggestions that the subconscious mind can accept, or reject, as it chooses. In this state of awareness you are not giving up control, you are very much in control. You are not and will not be like a zombie.
Hypnosis is 100% consensual, and you will not be asked to do anything against your will. Remember you cannot get stuck in hypnosis. You can open your eyes whenever you like, however, you will feel so good in that relaxed state you will not want to open your eyes.
In this state you are more accepting of the relaxing, healing process.
When hypnosis is considered, know that usually more than one session is needed for complicated matters. The number of sessions has to do with the complexities of the problem, and the emotions attached.
After a hypnosis session the client improves significantly, mentally, physically and spiritually.
Hypnosis has been medically approved since about 1958, by the American Psychiatric Association and the British Medical Association. It has been declared that hypnosis is a viable therapeutic tool.
Anyone can be hypnotized to varying degrees. The level of hypnosis a person achieves is associated with their desire to succeed in hypnosis and their ability to respond to the suggestions suggested. After a hypnotic session you will feel good, very good.
Try it improve your mind, body and life. Heal on the mental level.
