Stress Reducing Tips To Help You Look And Feel Younger

Did you know that stress is a major contributor in nearly all chronic diseases known to man today? Beyond that, it is depleting vital hormones, vitamins and minerals, making us tired, and aging our bodies and skin rapidly.

Minimizing the stress in your life as well as learning how to manage difficult situations when they arise can go a long way to make you healthier and happier.

How To Manage Your Stress

Have your spine evaluated and adjusted by a chiropractor. A spine that is misaligned is prone to degeneration and puts stress on the nervous system. When the nervous system is stressed it can create dysfunction in all the systems of the body including the skin but especially the immune system.

Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of filtered tap or spring water.

Avoid the use of harsh soaps which cause further drying of the skin

Reduce contact with skin irritants such as detergents, soaps, woolen materials, or cleaning fluids

Ensure a diet rich in Vitamins A, C, E, K and B complex by eating well and using nutritional supplements
