Kelly Wayland, Owner

Kelly Wayland is the owner of Wayland Hearing Centers and brings nearly a decade of experience in the hearing care field to her new practice in Manassas. Born and raised in Manassas, Kelly attended Osbourn Park High School, graduating in 2011. She began working at just 14 years old and gained experience in a variety of roles, including barista, food service manager, nanny, dog walker, and pet sitter. Those early jobs helped shape the strong work ethic and caring approach she brings to every patient interaction.

Kelly discovered her true passion in the audiology field, where she began as a Patient Care Coordinator and later advanced to Office Manager. Over the past eight years, she has helped countless people improve their quality of life through better hearing. Her extensive knowledge of hearing aids, hearing technology, and patient care inspired her to take the next step and open her own clinic.

Kelly is currently working toward her Hearing Instrument Specialist license and is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care. Kelly and her team of hearing care professionals believe hearing treatment is about more than technology – it is about building relationships and helping patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most.
