Dr. Maryam Aslam, DMD is a general and biological dentist practicing in Maryland, with a deep commitment to integrative, whole-body dental care.
She earned her dental degree from NUST–Army Medical College (Pakistan) in 2012, completed an AEGD residency (2013–2014), and later pursued advanced training in the United States, including a Clinical Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Florida (2017–2018). Dr. Aslam received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University in 2021 and has practiced in both Boston and Maryland.
With nearly five years of clinical experience, Dr. Aslam integrates modern restorative dentistry with biological principles. She has worked as a researcher and is a published author on xerostomia and therapeutic products used to manage dry mouth. She is particularly passionate about the use of ozone therapy in surgical procedures and gum therapy, supporting natural healing, reducing inflammation, and enhancing tissue regeneration.
Dr. Aslam is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), and the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine (iABDM).
