Born and raised in Kenya, I moved to the U.S. in 2000 and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University in 2008. During my internship at MD Anderson Cancer Center, I discovered my passion for oncology and began my nursing career there. Over the next 15 years, I gained experience in Med-Surg, oncology, liver transplant, and Neurotrauma ICU.
In 2021, I completed my master’s degree and became a nurse practitioner. I’ve spent the past three years in urology, creating personalized, collaborative care plans. Now living in Maryland, I enjoy tennis, museums, traveling, and time with loved ones.
