The David’s Loft Group is an integrated behavioral health organization (BHO) based in Baltimore, Maryland, serving individuals across the lifespan. It includes several entities: David’s Loft Center for Somatic and Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., David’s Loft Clinical Program, LLC, David’s Loft Center for Recovery Supports, and others. The organization employs 75 staff members and treats 150 patients weekly.

Services include mental health, primary care, substance use treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, case management, withdrawal management, and community housing. The group operates in a competitive environment, focusing on evidence-based treatments and expanding access to care.

Founded in 2012 as a private counseling practice, David’s Loft Group expanded its services over time, adding intensive outpatient substance use treatment in 2017 and primary care in 2023, while diversifying its offerings and revenues.
