Color Can Help You Discover the Deeper Meaning Behind Your Illnesses
It might be of little comfort to you to read that disease is only a wake-up call to make changes in your life because you've been going down the wrong road. Usually, we want an easy fix quickly and to go on with our life as before because that is the way we know, the way that most people take and that most of the time we end up getting attached to.
The alternative, new ways of healing, are mostly unknown and get little recognition, if at all, by science. In short, alternative methods are scary.Alternatives such as working with color, takes courage, but only within limits. Using color to recover wellness does not prevent you from continuing regular medical treatments, although it is easier on the physical body when you don't have to fight the side effects of an invasive medical treatment in addition to the disease itself. Color is also used frequently in hospitals where newborn babies with jaundice get treated with blue light.
When we make use of color to improve our wellness and tackle life's challenges we become aware of the reasons of our condition, symptoms and of their deeper meaning because color is a language. Translating the colors we choose reveals the subconscious and unites it with one's consciousness. Understanding our situation is an important step on the road of recovery. Saying “Oh, that is what x- problem is about” makes its solution more tangible.
For instance, simply speaking, fear regardless if there is a valid reason for the fear or whether it is a constant state of mind can cause problems in the kidneys, adrenals, bladder, stomach and more. According to the chakra system these organs are in the yellow area of the body and reveal their presence in scary situations such as in extremely fearful moments when we have to go to the bathroom or vomit. This is called the “fight or flight” syndrome, which is a totally normal reaction of the body since it is easier to run away in dangerous situations when bladder and stomach are empty. When we work with the color yellow we actively work on our fear. In the Aura-Soma color care system, which uses plants, crystals and colors of the same frequency, the color yellow supports the relaxation of our mind and release of fear.
