Design Of the Skin and Its Care

No doubt, the skin is the largest organ of the body. To adopt a better and perfect care on our skin, it's important to know the design and how the skin works.
Temperature regulation, synthesis of vitamin D, insulation sensation, protection of the body from pathogens and sometimes diseases had all been the effort of our skin but there are extents of this, mostly when the skin is not given the right care and treatment.
The skin as part of the human structure has three different layers
Epidermis
Dermis
Hypodermis
The outermost layer of the skin is the epidermis, the part which constantly needs the skin care because of its visibility.
Below the epidermis is the dermis layer, saddled with the responsibility of toxic removal in the body and also giving the needed nutrients to the epidermis.
While the last layer is the hypodermis, it's responsible for keeping the other two layers strongly inseparable from the body.
Do you know that the majority of the diseases and blemishes of the skin originate from the dermis layer?
This is partly because the outer layer, the epidermis, gets so much care and the inner layers get neglected.
Your skin is the most demanding part of your body. Did you know that two thirds of you're the total blood in the body is devoted to your skin? This keeps the skin repairing and regenerating itself to fight against bacteria, toxins, and any other attacks.
However, there are a whole lot of issues and conditions the skin is exposed to particularly when there is a breakdown.
To eliminate these potential problems, proper care should be given to the skin to help regulate body temperature and remove waste faster. Simply consuming a healthy diet and maintaining good hygiene (keeping skin clean especially after workouts or excessive sweating) are important ways to prevent many skin conditions.
When that doesn't seem to be working, then it is time to visit a qualified skin care professional.
